The morning after annexation night: no results posted yet, and hardware is already rolling toward the pad
First, the honest status line on last night: the City of Starbase has not yet published the results of Monday's meeting, the C-4 ordinance vote on the ~7,133 acres, the Garcia Lot pair, or the SH-4 right-of-way resolution we previewed in detail. As of this morning the meetings page shows only the agenda, the ordinances page still tops out at the pre-meeting numbering, and no regional outlet we track had published a report. We could repeat rumor; we'd rather wait the hours it takes to cite the record. Outcomes will appear here the moment we can verify them.
Meanwhile the launch campaign isn't waiting. The city's beach and road access page posted a "Production to Pad" road delay for today, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Highway 4. Boca Chica Beach stays open and this is a delay, not a closure, but the label is the tell: that corridor designation covers hardware moves from the factory to the launch complex, six days before Flight 14's no-earlier-than Monday, September 28 window (7:15 to 8:30 AM Central). That read is ours; the city page states only the delay. We re-rendered SpaceX's mission page this morning and diffed it against Friday's and yesterday's copies: the date and window are unchanged, and the only edits are seconds-level nudges to the posted flight timeline (orbital insertion burn now starts at T+25:19 rather than T+25:28). They are still fine-tuning the ride to orbit. One more clock now running: the mayoral closure orders for launch day have historically posted 2 to 5 days out, which means the window for them opens about now. Newest executed order on the city page is still August 30. If you're planning to be here for the attempt, the viewing guide is current, and the city's text alerts (text BEACH to 866-513-3475) are the fastest closure signal we know of.
